The SGL - 1700 - III three zone high-temperature tube furnace, it adopts intelligent automatic temperature control system, SCR control ,phase-shift trigger.High precision temperature control, The furnace chamber adopts high quality polycrystalline alumina fiber with Japanese vacuum adsorption mold technology. it is equipped with cooling system between the dual shell to ensure surface temperature. Using vacuum flange seal, vacuum device for optional purchase, the furnace can work under the vacuum or atmosphere; it can be built different temperature gradient by the three temperature zones, it is the idealist furnace for preparating functional materials under thermal gradient or in CVD or PVD outer thin film growth with high vacuum system.

Main function and features:

1.Built-in three temperature zone, Every temperature zone with four U silicon molybdenum rods MoSi2 as heating element.it can bulid different temperature gradient.

2.Three temperature zone is controlled by PID, can set up 50 segments heating and cooling program,it also controlled per every temperature zone individually.

3. Adopted water-cooled KF quick flange sealing, the connection can be done only by a clamp flange. It is very convenient to put in and take out the specimen. Avoiding bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating tube damaging which caused by installation flanges. Adopted circulating water cooling flange , with the chiller to reduce the temperature of the furnace mouth , and thus well protect seals to ensure gas tightness of the high-temperature furnace tube;

4. Furnace chamber adopts high quality polycrystalline alumina fiber with Japanese vacuum adsorption mold technology. good heat preservation performance, durable use and energy-save.

5. Adopted import high quality U silicon molybdenum rods as heating element , high surface load, greatly increase its service life.
6. The furnace pipe is 99alumina tube, high density, durable use, not easily broken;
7. Reserved vacuum and gas path fast interface, could connect with our vacuum system or mixed gas system directly.

8. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output.

9. Built - in thermocouple, real-time monitor the temperature of the heated material(for optional purchase).

10. On the flange can add a observation window, to real-time observe the sintered material conditions (for optional purchase).

11. Over-temperature will alarm and automatic cut off the power, leakage protection function,safe and reliable operation
